Terms & Conditions

General:

All classes must be paid for at the time of booking and are non refundable. If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer (instead of at the checkout) this must be done at the same time as the booking otherwise the class place will be cancelled and offer to others on the waitlist.

All parents/carers are to be present in the room at all times and are responsible for their child/baby whilst taking part in the session.

Photographs and videos can be taken but must ONLY include your child and no other children or adults present in the session.

Current Covid-19 processes and procedures (updated September 2024):

•  You will need to wash or sanitise yours and your child’s hands before entering the room.

•  I have some play mats for you to sit on during the session, however please feel free to bring a small clean blanket/picnic blanket to put on top. The mats will be placed in the hall ready for you. Please note the mats will be next to each other but in each venue there is plenty of space to move your mat to create more distance from others should you feel more comfortable this way.

• Only 1 adult per paying child to each class please. If you would like a second person to join the session please do let me know in advance and I will look to accommodate this for you.

•  Please do not attend the session if you or your child displays any symptoms of Covid-19 or is generally unwell.

•  Please respect each other and everyone's personal space while in class to help everyone feel as comfortable as possible during the session.

In the circumstances of a local/national lockdown or if face to face classes are unable to continue due to other reasons relating to COVID-19, I will contact you all as soon as possible to inform you if we decide to move to online classes instead or failing that to reimburse your fees for classes that do not run.
